Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both students and staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
- Work as an essential member of the multidisciplinary team to develop and update IEPs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Educate and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to encourage language development and effective communication strategies
