Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both students and staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
  • Work as an essential member of the multidisciplinary team to develop and update IEPs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Educate and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to encourage language development and effective communication strategies
