School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Katy, Texas

We’re seeking two committed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) to support elementary-aged students in a busy, vibrant educational setting. In this full-time contract role (35 hours per week, 4-5 days/week), you’ll work on-site with early childhood students and may also support self-contained settings as needed. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC required)
• Prior experience working in school settings, ideally with elementary and early childhood populations
• Confidence supporting early childhood intervention and, occasionally, self-contained classrooms
• No educator credential required
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in an early childhood center is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and intervention services to elementary students, including those in early childhood programs and self-contained environments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate proactively with teachers, families, and support staff for optimal student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Stay informed with best practices and ongoing professional learning
