We’re seeking two committed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) to support elementary-aged students in a busy, vibrant educational setting. In this full-time contract role (35 hours per week, 4-5 days/week), you’ll work on-site with early childhood students and may also support self-contained settings as needed. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC required)
- Prior experience working in school settings, ideally with elementary and early childhood populations
- Confidence supporting early childhood intervention and, occasionally, self-contained classrooms
- No educator credential required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an early childhood center is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and intervention services to elementary students, including those in early childhood programs and self-contained environments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, families, and support staff for optimal student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Stay informed with best practices and ongoing professional learning
