Schedule: Monday-Friday

Summary

Seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services to children in a collaborative clinic environment. The BCBA will oversee treatment programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, work with families, and monitor client progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments.

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.

• Conduct parent training and communicate treatment progress.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies.

• Address communication, social, adaptive, emotional regulation, play, self-care, and safety skills.

• Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.

• Collaborate with the clinical team and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.

• Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.

• Experience working with children with ASD or related conditions.

• Experience conducting clinical assessments.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to provide clinical supervision.

• Commitment to ethical ABA practice.
