Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Aiken, SC
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)
Setting: In-Person, Clinic-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Summary
Seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services to children in a collaborative clinic environment. The BCBA will oversee treatment programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, work with families, and monitor client progress.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Conduct and interpret clinical assessments.
Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.
Conduct parent training and communicate treatment progress.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies.
Address communication, social, adaptive, emotional regulation, play, self-care, and safety skills.
Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
Collaborate with the clinical team and families.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification.
Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working with children with ASD or related conditions.
Experience conducting clinical assessments.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide clinical supervision.
Commitment to ethical ABA practice.
