Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Admin for a direct hire opportunity in San Pedro, CA within a real estate and property management environment. This is an excellent fit for a polished administrative professional who enjoys being the welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and callers.
This role is more than a routine front desk position. The right candidate will manage a variety of administrative, customer service, coordination, and documentation tasks while taking full ownership of the front desk. The team is looking for someone warm, patient, organized, and resourceful who can think independently, solve problems, and adapt as priorities shift.
This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, hands-on training with the HOA Start system, and a resident-focused environment where professionalism, follow-through, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, route calls appropriately, and provide helpful information when possible.
- Receive maintenance or service work orders and enter information accurately into the system.
- Contact vendors to coordinate, schedule, and follow up on service-related appointments.
- Call residents to provide updates, answer basic questions, and support ongoing communication.
- Document daily activity, calls, work orders, updates, and related details in HOA Start and other administrative tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
