What You'll Do:
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding services, account information, scheduling, and issue resolution
- Deliver a positive customer experience by listening carefully and providing thoughtful solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within company systems
- Investigate customer concerns and escalate complex situations when appropriate
- Clearly communicate information, next steps, and available solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests
- At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service, call center, account support, or a related customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to handle consecutive customer calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to respond naturally without relying on scripted conversations
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability. A strong track record of reliability is essential for success in this role
- Professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Experience with billing inquiries, account resolution, collections support, or account management is a plus
