Our client is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing outpatient care team. Supporting two providers, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care through education, care coordination, and clinical support. Responsibilities
- Support two providers with daily clinical operations.
- Conduct routine nursing visits and patient assessments.
- Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and disease management.
- Coordinate referrals and follow up on laboratory results.
- Process prescription refill requests and prior authorizations.
- Administer medication injections and other prescribed treatments.
- Perform basic telephone and in-office triage.
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Float to another clinic location on rare occasions when additional support is needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Patient-focused mindset with a compassionate approach to care.
- Comfortable caring for a diverse patient population across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Outpatient or primary care experience.
- Infusion experience is a plus but not required.
- Pediatric experience is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

- Monday-Friday
- Flexible daytime schedule:
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
