Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop effective interventions
- Skills in training and guiding educational staff and paraprofessionals
- Organized, flexible, and collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver direct student support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based practices
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to school staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in behavioral service delivery
