Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop effective interventions
  • Skills in training and guiding educational staff and paraprofessionals
  • Organized, flexible, and collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver direct student support and consultation services
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based practices
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to school staff regarding behavioral strategies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in behavioral service delivery
