We are hiring an Entry-Level Tumbling Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Honeoye Falls, NY. No extensive manufacturing experience is required! This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and looking to build a long-term career.
You'll receive training to learn the equipment, processes, and quality standards needed to be successful in the position.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload parts into tumbling equipment
- Learn to operate and monitor basic production equipment
- Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Sort, handle, and move manufactured parts and materials
- Follow simple work instructions and production procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- No previous tumbling experience required
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
- Dependable and able to maintain good attendance
- Comfortable working with your hands and being on your feet
- Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interested in a long-term opportunity
