School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Windsor, Colorado

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active Educator Certificate
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, especially with early childhood populations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Competency and willingness to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Availability for full in-person caseload; hybrid model considered if able to meet supervision requirements (minimum 3 days onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Effectively manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain meticulous documentation in line with school and state policies
• Engage families and educators to maximize student progress and support
