What You'll DoPerform precision MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components
Weld material ranging from .063" to 3/8" thickness
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up and adjust welding fixtures and equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Partner with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals
Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with training when needed
Hands-on experience with aluminum MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or GED
Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience
Experience using welding fixtures and fabrication equipment
Prior mentoring or training experience
Stand and work for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and lifting
Lift and move materials weighing 30+ pounds
Work comfortably in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
