The Opportunity
You will own a portfolio of landscape projects from client relationship management through project completion. Prospecting and cultivating relationships with homeowners, architectural firms, builders, and other key revenue-generating partners. Success in this role means delivering exceptional customer service, leading productive crews, managing profitable projects, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape projects from planning through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high retention.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, proposals, and resource plans.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor quality, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Identify and close enhancement and additional service opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Support seasonal snow operations and planning.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of landscape maintenance, construction, or related industry experience.
- 3+ years of project management, account management, or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience creating estimates, proposals, and change orders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred
- Experience with LMN, Aspire, Jobber, or similar industry software.
- Snow and ice management experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

Compensation
Full-Time, Year-Round
Base salary: compensation commensurate with experience
