Job Summary
Salon Revive is seeking a dedicated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a shampoo assistant. As a shampoo assistant, you will play a key roll in providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our stylist in delivering high quality hair care services!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and prep them for service.
- Shampoo and condition hair using products recommended by stylist.
- Perform scalp massages or treatment as needed.
- Assist stylist applying treatment or color.
- Keep the shampoo area clean and organized.
- provide assistance to stylist with other tasks as needed.
- ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their Visit.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in the fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
