Bilingual Call Center Agents Needed ASAP English/Spanish

We are seeking several Bilingual Call Center Agents fluent in English and Spanish to join our team immediately. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and collaborating within a team environment under the guidance of a manager.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide assistance
• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Report to and communicate with the manager for guidance and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
