As a Grill Cook and shift leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food to our valued customers. We are looking for an individual with a passion for culinary excellence, proven leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with food safety standards
- Operate grill equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Assist in creating new recipes and menu items
- Monitor food inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures
- Uphold sanitation regulations and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
