Overview:
We are seeking an organized Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and organization of our warehouse, office, and property.
Duties:
- Keeping our warehouse clean and organized.
- Receiving materials and assigning them to jobs
- Notifying the foremen about materials
- Coordinating returns with purchasers
- Basic property maintenance and repairs (upkeep of systems)
- Delivery / Pickup of materials
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Organization skills are a must
- Good communication skills
- Pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. & climb stairs & ladders
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong problem-solving skills
