Taco Maki is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team in Jupiter. We serve fresh tacos and Latin-Asian fusion dishes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you enjoy cooking, working with a team, and preparing great food quickly and consistently, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Taco Maki recipes and standards

• Set up and stock kitchen stations before service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control

• Work efficiently during busy service periods

• Follow all food safety and health regulations

• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen closing duties

Requirements

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
