Contract Processing Administrator
Job Description
As a Contract Processing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by maintaining, researching, and resolving contract-related issues. Responsibilities include researching customer accounts, processing contract creations and terminations for Reynolds and Reynolds products and services and performing a variety of administrative office tasks.
In this role, you will also assist Sales and Sales Management by answering questions and recommending the most effective contractual solutions for a variety of situations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of company records, ensuring employees across the organization have access to the most up-to-date information. Requirements:
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Access knowledge is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with strong time management
- Must be comfortable in a team setting, outgoing, and professional customer service and telephone skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
