Title Closer/Post Closing Processor

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented closer to manage pre-closing, closings, and post-closing processing. Minimum 2 years’ title/closing experience; Qualia preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include: 1 week paid vacation first year, 2 weeks after year three, SIMPLE IRA match after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Include pre-closing review,
• Preparing Closing Disclosures and settlement statements
• Scheduling and conducting closings
• Issuing title policies, processing recordings, and post-closing file review
• Confirm all funds received and duly entered into Qualia.
• Scan all documents and forward to lender to obtain funding approval.
• Review all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims.
• Provide and deliver Lender’s loan package as required by Lender’s Instructions
• Provide closing package of documents to Buyer, Seller and Agents.
• Issue and send checks; confirm wires sent.
• Process recordings: confirm recording
