Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support and/or manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned
- Excellent multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- SAP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and with customers
- Spoken and written English proficiency
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with customer service teams across multiple regions and harmonizing shared processes
- Comfort working with KPIs and service-level tracking to support continuous improvement
- Experience handling customer complaints, follow-ups, and resolution coordination
