Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, exceptional written communication abilities, and the ability to support workplace technology and virtual collaboration tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
  • Develop and update presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Provide basic technology support for office staff, including troubleshooting common issues related to Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist employees and meeting participants with audio/video connectivity, screen sharing, meeting recordings, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and business writing abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

  • Microsoft Word (document creation, formatting, templates, mail merge)
  • Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation development)
  • Microsoft Teams administration and meeting support
  • Zoom meeting and webinar management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience coordinating hybrid and virtual meetings in a professional environment.
