Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

MUST HAVE

*Strong communications skills to collaborate with customers and coworkers

*Understanding of basic math for handling cash transactions

*Ability to stand, walk and lift moderate weights for extended periods

*High school diploma or equivalent

NICE TO HAVE

*Previous experience in sales & customer service

*Basic Computer knowledge

*Familiarity with outdoor equipment

*Outstanding skills in customer service

*Maintaining a high level of product knowledge

*Initiative in keeping sales floor visually appealing
