Responsibilities:
- Assemble, disassemble, and reinstall vehicle components and parts with precision and care
- Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with collision repair technicians and estimators to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards
- Document completed work and flag any parts discrepancies or damage findings
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive assembly and collision repair
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, production-driven environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
