A confidential employer is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support customer outreach, sales activity, and day-to-day account communication. This role is a fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized with follow-up, and motivated by helping customers move through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer follow-up

- Support quotes, order questions, lead tracking, and customer communication

- Maintain accurate notes and activity updates in sales or CRM systems

- Partner with internal team members to keep customers informed and supported

Qualifications

- Inside sales, customer service, or account support experience preferred

- Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills

- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work on site in Strasburg, VA
