This position begins as an Assistant Manager role with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager position as you develop within the company. We are seeking a motivated individual to help lead daily operations and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Help manage daily store operations
• Train and mentor team members
• Ensure high standards for customer service and hospitality
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Maintain product quality and cleanliness standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support leadership in improving team performance

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and lead during busy rush periods
• Dependable, professional, and team-focused
• Food service or coffee shop experience required
