Shoring Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wet Pour Shoring & Form Superintendent to lead our growing shoring division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, scheduling, supervising, and executing complex shoring projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
SUMMARY:
Shoring Superintendent will oversee all phases of shoring operations, including planning, layout, equipment selection, installation, inspections, modifications, dismantling, and project closeout. This individual will coordinate directly with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires extensive knowledge of engineered shoring systems used to support elevated concrete decks, bridge work, transfer slabs, podium decks, and other structural concrete applications.
Extensive experience with engineered wet pour shoring and reshoring systems. Experience supporting elevated slabs, high-rise construction, parking structures, podium decks, bridge work, and heavy concrete applications. Strong understanding of concrete placement sequencing and reshoring requirements. Experience managing projects from planning through completion. Proven ability to lead crews of 5-30+ employees.
