Event Support- DC- $20/hr

Our client, a event planning organization, is seeking Event Set Up and Product Support for an event on September 2nd & 3rd in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving, unpacking, and organizing materials
• Manage conference room during the event and scanning attendee badges if needed.
• Help prepare event spaces and registration areas, including badge setup and final event preparations.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and functioning smoothly.
  

About You:

• Must be able to download WhatsApp and other conference app.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

About The Position:

• Wednesday, September 2nd & Thursday, September 3rd
• Must be available from 7:45AM-5:30PM
• $20/hr
• Business professional attire.
