Join the Questar team for the opening of a brand new luxury midrise in Baltimore’s happening community of Cross Keys in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a lease-up with all the fun and money that go with a new community. We are looking for a huge personality, big smile and someone who lights up a room. If you are not that charismatic person, please do not apply. Successful candidate will have at least two years proven experience of working market rate apartments with high closing percentage.r

What You’ll Do:
- Lease apartments by conducting engaging property tours and building strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Respond promptly to leads via Internet, text, email, or phone, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Prepare lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and ensure a smooth experience for new residents.
- Keep resident databases up-to-date and accurate.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in resident retention efforts, including planning and attending social events.
- Ensure common areas and model units are always in pristine condition.
- Support marketing efforts through outreach and social media management.
- Comply with Fair Housing Standards and uphold professional appearance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous leasing experience and familiarity with property management software like Yardi.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in property management. 2 years
