Industrial Painter Helper

Metal processing company that specializes in Aerospace and Military industry is now hiring an experienced Industrial Painter Helper for their facility in Orlando FL, the ideal candidate will be responsible for painting and coating different type of metals.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (occasional Saturdays).

Training is Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 3:30pm for about one month

Duties:

• Racking and flipping of parts being painted.
• Cleaning paint guns and prepping them for use.
• Mixing paints for painters based on job traveler instructions.
• Obtain basic knowledge of our painting process for future painter opportunities.
• Assist with all prep work and cleanup of parts within the paint department.
• Ensure proper handling of parts, paints, materials, and supplies.

Requirements:

• Must have previous on the job experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
