Project Handyman — Trade Chaos for Craftsmanship

We’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded tradesperson to handle the miscellaneous work that keeps our luxury residential remodeling and new-construction projects moving toward the finish line.

This role is responsible for project punch lists, warranty work, small repairs, final adjustments, and the wide variety of tasks that don’t always fall neatly under one trade.

The ideal candidate may be a bags-on contractor who still loves the trades but has realized they no longer want the stress of running a business, managing employees, chasing payments, or constantly searching for the next job. You still want ownership of your work—just not all the management and overhead that comes with owning the company.

You should be comfortable handling:

• Project punch lists and final corrections
• Warranty and service calls
• Door, cabinet, and hardware adjustments
• Minor carpentry and trim work
• Drywall and paint touch-ups
• Caulking, sealing, and finish work
• Installing shelving, accessories, and fixtures
• Minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Troubleshooting unexpected jobsite issues
• Picking up materials and helping wherever needed

The right person is versatile, dependable, and naturally good at figuring things out. You can look at a problem, determine what needs to happen, and take care of it without needing step-by-step direction.

Because you’ll often work inside completed or occupied homes, you must be clean, respectful, and comfortable communicating directly with clients. You understand that warranty work isn’t just about fixing something—it’s also about making sure the client feels taken care of.
