Maintenance - Hotel

The Maintenance role in our hotel is vital for ensuring all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently to provide guests with a comfortable and safe experience. This position involves routine upkeep, timely repairs, and preventive measures within a small, dedicated team reporting directly to the Hotel Manager. The role focuses on day shift work with minimal off-site travel, emphasizing hands-on technical expertise across various hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular facility upkeep to maintain operational standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems
• Handle plumbing repairs promptly to avoid disruptions
• Manage electrical maintenance ensuring safety and functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hotel maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in HVAC maintenance
