DIESEL MECHANIC / SHOP LEAD

Tree Guardian USA is looking for an experienced, dependable Diesel Mechanic who can take ownership of our equipment maintenance and help keep our operation moving.

We need someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, mechanically strong, and capable of running and maintaining a professional shop without needing constant supervision.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong diesel mechanic background

Experience with Paccar and Cummins engines

Ability to diagnose, repair, service, and maintain heavy-duty diesel equipment

Experience running and maintaining a shop

Strong parts inventory, ordering, and organization skills

Preventative maintenance scheduling and record keeping

Ability to troubleshoot problems and get equipment back into service quickly

Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Crane and hydraulic experience is a BIG PLUS

Experience with heavy trucks, construction equipment, forestry equipment, and hydraulics is highly valued
