What You’ll Do
- Teach engaging, hands-on cosmetology theory and technical skills
- Lead and mentor students on the Student Salon Training Floor
- Create a positive, motivating, and professional learning environment
- Support students in building confidence and consistency
- Collaborate with a team that genuinely cares about student success
- Assist with front desk duties and inventory as needed to support learning
Schedule
- Full-Time & Part-Time positions available
- Includes evening & weekend shift differential pay as an added bonus
Pay & Bonuses
- $500 bonus after 6 months
- Additional $500 bonus after 1 year
- Evening & weekend shift differential bonus pay
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Benefits
Paid Time Off:
- Earn 1 hour PTO for every 30 hours worked
- 48 hours annually (Years 1–4), increasing to 80 hours annually after Year 4

What We’re Looking For
- Minnesota Licensed Cosmetologist
- A passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A heart for the beauty industry and a desire to help it grow
- Instructor license not required — we can help you obtain one!
