A New York Life financial professional helps individuals, families, and small businesses secure their financial futures by offering insurance-based protection and retirement solutions. This role functions primarily as a commissioned field producer with opportunities to transition into advisory services or management.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Prospect, network, and build long-term relationships within personal and local communities to identify financial needs.
• Needs Analysis & Recommendations: Evaluate clients' current financial situations, risk tolerance, and future goals (such as retirement or college funding).
• Product Delivery: Offer tailored solutions, focusing heavily on life insurance, annuities, and long-term care insurance products.
• Ongoing Service: Conduct annual client reviews, process policy updates, and provide continuous guidance.

Requirements:

• Experience: No prior finance, sales, or insurance experience is strictly required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Attributes: Highly competitive, entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and coachable.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Licensing: Must be willing to obtain state life and health insurance licenses (company-sponsored training provided)
