- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills — not someone who relies primarily on applicants
- Proven ability to hunt, cold source, and build candidate pipelines
- Comfortable managing multiple positions and priorities at once
- High sense of urgency and strong follow-through
- Competitive, driven, resilient, and comfortable being measured on results
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ideally someone with an athletic or competitive background, as we’ve found those traits can translate well into the pace, persistence, and competitiveness we want on the team
- Experience recruiting within engineering, energy, EPC, construction, or technical disciplines would be a plus
