$20–$22/hour + Tips + Sales Bonuses | Potential $25–$35+/hr

Strut Hair Solutions is looking for a confident, polished, relationship-driven sales professional to join our Cardiff Team
For more than 24 years, Strut has helped women experiencing hair loss, thinning hair and medical hair loss feel like themselves again through wigs, toppers, hair extensions and personalized hair solutions.
This is not traditional retail.
Our clients often come to us during an emotional time in their lives, and our team combines exceptional customer service with consultative sales to help each client find the solution that makes her feel confident again.
If you have worked successfully in environments such as Nordstrom, Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Macy's, specialty retail, beauty, bridal, jewelry, med spa or other high-touch sales environments, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized, consultative sales appointments for wigs, toppers, hair extensions and hair-loss solutions
- Build trust with clients and guide them toward the products and services that best fit their needs
- Recommend complementary scalp care, hair care and support products
- Follow up with clients and build lasting relationships that create repeat business and referrals
- Help clients from consultation through checkout and final purchase
- Maintain an elevated, welcoming and organized retail environment
- Assist with client before-and-after photos and occasional social content
- Work collaboratively with the Strut team to achieve individual and store sales goals
You May Be a Great Fit If You Are
- Naturally comfortable talking with people and building relationships
- Confident recommending products and asking for the sale
- Experienced in retail, beauty, hospitality or consultative sales
- Warm, polished and professional
- Motivated by sales goals and earning opportunities
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
- Passionate about helping women feel confident
Hair or wig experience is NOT required.
We hire for attitude, sales ability and character — and we'll teach you the hair.
Schedule
28–35 hours per week
Three Saturdays per month required
Sundays and Mondays off
