The Metal Installer & Fabricator plays a critical role in executing custom fabrication orders and new construction projects. Working primarily in small teams or independently, this position requires precise metal installation, fabrication, and welding capabilities. The role involves regular travel to multiple sites and direct reporting to a project manager, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and fabricate metal components according to project specifications
• Perform welding tasks to join metal parts securely
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
• Measure materials and plan layouts for installation and fabrication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in metal installation and fabrication
• Technical certificate in metal fabrication or welding
