Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare/enter orders; Reserve/Allocate Material; Expedite Orders if needed.
- Manage customer expectations
- Initiate claims paperwork and obtain pertinent information
- Quotations and follow-ups
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information to the sales team on account status
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with Microsoft office
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
