Uptown Rental Properties is hiring a Porter to help keep our communities looking their best. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, being outdoors, and finishing the day knowing you made a visible difference, this could be the job for you.

???? Keep property grounds and common areas clean and looking sharp
????️ Complete basic maintenance and service requests
????️ Handle trash removal, cleanouts, light landscaping, and general property upkeep
❄️ Jump in during snow and weather events to help keep our residents safe
???? Work alongside a team when bigger projects need extra muscle
???? Spot property issues and help get them addressed before they become bigger problems

• No previous experience required — we’ll show you the ropes
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to get things done
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to handle a physically active job, including frequent lifting of 50+ lbs.
• A team player who can also work independently
