Starting Pay: $12/hour + tips
Pay Increase Evaluation after 30 days
Average Earnings: $15–$17/hour with tips

What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll keep things spinning and shaking during your shift while helping create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Greet guests and deliver friendly, fast service
• Recommend milkshakes and chocolates to enhance the experience
• Prepare shakes and desserts with accuracy and care
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Support your team to keep shifts running smoothly
• Assist with prep, restocking, and daily tasks
• Follow food safety, quality, and store procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Dependable and ready to contribute each shift
• Previous food service or retail experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule
