Process customer returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Receive and verify returned merchandise, including quantities and contents.
Record tracking information and process credit memos in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Create UPS return shipments for customers and approve Return Authorizations as returns are shipped.
Prepare and consolidate Return to Vendor pallet shipments by manufacturer or vendor.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve parts requests/customer service issues.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
