Day Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate daycare assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care while fostering a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s growth and development. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

Description:

• Schedule: 2 - 4 days per week, Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  
  Responsibilities:
• Supervise and interact with children in a safe, compassionate manner
• Implement creative, age-appropriate activities that support child development
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment for all children
• Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering/toileting, and transitions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and provide a current medical statement
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and their families
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
