Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

In Season Landscaping is a local landscaping and lawn care company serving North Ridgeville and the surrounding area. We’re looking for a hardworking crew member to join our team for the season.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and mulching

• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups

• Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely

• Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites

• Follow daily job schedules and work efficiently as part of a crew

• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for full shifts

• Reliable transportation to a job site or shop

• Team player with a strong work ethic

Nice to Have

• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience

• Experience with landscape equipment
