Jay Goodman and Associates, Law Firm PC is dedicated to assisting clients in the areas of Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning.

Our firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated paralegal to join our staff and provide responsive support to our attorneys. The ideal candidate is a capable and motivated professional who can effectively manage cases and provide high-quality support to our attorneys and clients throughout all stages of representation.

Core responsibilities of this position include document drafting, court filings, client communications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proof reading, and legal research.

We are in the process of hiring a Full-Time experienced paralegal to join our team.

We offer excellent compensation and a comfortable working environment. This is an on-site position at our Santa Fe office location.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years prior paralegal experience.

Odyssey File & Serve experience.

Knowledge of New Mexico court rules and procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Legal and Document management technology.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with an attention to detail, and timely follow through on work assignments.
