Job Description
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and application software.
  • Perform computer imaging and system provisioning, including preparing and deploying standardized workstation images and configuring systems for operational use.
  • Support daily operational requirements for workstations, file servers, and web servers.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration management activities.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and network access.
  • Provide responsive technical support to users while maintaining a strong customer-service-focused approach.
  • Maintain and update web pages, interfaces, and related documentation.
  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Maintain system documentation and local system design documentation.
