High Voltage Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Manager to lead the execution of complex transmission and distribution (T&D) projects. This role is responsible for the safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery of substation builds, transmission line upgrades, and renewable energy interconnections. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering, field crews, and client executives to ensure seamless project lifecycles from conception to energization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of high-voltage (HV) projects (ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV), including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to NESC, OSHA, and client-specific safety protocols. Champion a "Safety First" culture on all job sites.
• Budget & Schedule: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project) and budgets. Track progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utilities, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Facilitate weekly progress meetings and provide transparent reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to weather, supply chain, or site conditions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control inspections to ensure all installations meet engineering specifications and industry standards.
