Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a thorough understanding of employment labor laws and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including HR sourcing techniques, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing candidate relationships and recruitment metrics.
• Assist in succession planning by identifying potential internal candidates for future roles.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of employment labor law and compliance issues.
• Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams and other departments for successful recruitment outcomes.
• Knowledge of succession planning principles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear articulation of job roles and expectations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
