How You’ll Drive Impact
- Command Shop & Field Operations: Run daily manufacturing across steel panelization and spray foam lines, ensuring shop precision carries over to field job sites.
- Master ERP & KPIs: Own our ERP system as the operational source of truth. Track critical metrics like cycle times, throughput, yield, rework, and on-time completion.
- Lead & Elevate the Crew: Schedule, train, and mentor technicians and field crews in a culture of safety, speed, and accountability.
- Manage QA/QC & Materials: Direct quality programs across both lines. Reconcile raw materials (steel coils, fasteners, foam chemicals) against job costs to eliminate waste.
- Translate Engineering to Production: Read shop drawings/takeoffs, turn them into realistic schedules, and coordinate capacity with sales and estimating.
What You Bring
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, or related).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction—including direct crew leadership.
- Skills: Ability to read shop drawings, navigate ERP/spreadsheet data, and work on active regional job sites (valid driver’s license required).
- Bonus: Experience with cold-formed steel (CFS), Howick roll formers, spray foam, or ERP administration.
