Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional, passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and serve as a critical link between customers, sales, operations, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless quote processing, order fulfillment, and outstanding service. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders and quotations across multiple channels, including EDI, customer portals, web orders, and consignment programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, in person, and service counters
• Provide timely support regarding quotes, orders, product availability, shipping, delivery issues, and account inquiries.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, shipping, inventory, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Resolve discrepancies, verify pricing and stock levels, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to support customer needs, facilitate business growth opportunities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Approach daily responsibilities with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience required
• Inside sales experience preferred
• CRM software: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Proficiency with order entry systems, Microsoft Office applications, and customer service platforms preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
