Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
- Own and grow a book of new and existing wholesale accounts — reorders, upsells, new placements
- Work the warm and hot leads we provide, and prospect for more, by phone and email from our Plantation office
- Pitch white-label / private-label opportunities to the right customers
- Run your pipeline end to end and keep your CRM tight
- Hit monthly revenue and new-account goals with a structured onboarding ramp behind you
- 3+ years of B2B, wholesale, or field sales with a track record of hitting your number
- You can prospect, present, handle objections, and close without hand-holding
- Industry experience (kratom, CBD/hemp, vape/smoke, or wellness distribution) is a MAJOR plus — but not required; if you can truly sell,
- we'll teach you the category
- Experience selling white-label / private-label is a plus
- Bonus: you bring established industry relationships you can activate from day one
- Coachable on the compliance side of an age-restricted, regulated category
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Week 1: paid training on our products, compliance, and process
- Week 2: on the phones with warm and hot leads in hand
- By day 90: billing $10K–$20K per month and opening 6–10 new accounts per month
Professor Whyte's has been in kratom since 2014, back when most of the category was somebody's side hustle run out of a garage. We built it the other way: powder, capsules, extracts, gummies, seltzers, and shots; every batch third-party tested for heavy metals, microbials, solvents, and pesticides, with the reports published.
That's the difference in a room full of unbranded bags. Our retailers get merchandising that actually sells—window clings, education, point of purchase—because a shop that knows how to sell the product reorders it.
We run Elite Training every week. The whole sales floor, in a room: product knowledge, objection handling, and what's actually working on the phones right now. In a category this misunderstood, knowing the product cold is the difference between an order and a "let me think about it." Most companies hand you a binder on day one and call that onboarding. Ours doesn't stop after week one.
The category is growing fast, and it's still wide open. Shops in every market haven't picked a brand yet. That's your opening.
We're a small team, close to the decisions, and we move quickly. Find something that works, and you'll be running it next week. We're proud of the veterans on this team, and we strongly encourage more to apply.
Based at our corporate sales office in Plantation, FL.
