Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented ACA Call Center Sales Account Managers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, providing expert guidance on Affordable Care Act (ACA) plan options, and helping our clients navigate their healthcare choices effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales skills, a deep commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while ensuring our clients receive accurate, compliant, and empathetic support. Medicare and Life Insurance Experience would be a plus. We use Artificial Intelligence to maximize efficiency and cross-sell. This will be discussed more during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospects, educating them on ACA plan benefits, eligibility requirements, and critical enrollment timelines.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and utilizing effective conversion strategies to meet monthly quotas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving ACA regulations and insurance plan structures to provide accurate, compliant, and reliable information.
- Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses accurately within our CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all sales practices and communication adhere strictly to federal and state guidelines.
- Meet and exceed established monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding lead conversion and client satisfaction.
- Provide proactive feedback to management regarding market trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume sales environment, preferably within the insurance, healthcare, or call center industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), enrollment processes, and standard healthcare terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard CRM software platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
